أبرز أمين التهراوي، وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، جهود الوزارة في إصلاح المنظومة الصحية الوطنية وتحسين العرض الصحي، في إطار التوجيهات الملكية السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، الرامية إلى تعميم الحماية الاجتماعية وتعزيز الولوج إلى الخدمات الصحية.
وأشار الوزير، في معرض رده على أسئلة البرلمانيين، بالجلسة العمومية للأسئلة الشفوية بمجلس النواب، إلى أن الوزارة أطلقت مشاريع كبرى تشمل تشغيل مؤسسات استشفائية جديدة وتوسيع طاقتها الاستيعابية، حيث تم تشغيل مستشفيات بطاقة إجمالية بلغت 2100 سرير خلال عامي 2023 و 2024، وأنه يجري بناء وإعادة تأهيل 78 مؤسسة استشفائية تشمل مراكز جامعية وجهوية وإقليمية ومستشفيات القرب، بتكلفة تصل إلى 42 مليار درهم.
