أكد وزير الإدماج الاقتصادي والمقاولة الصغرى والتشغيل والكفاءات، يونس السكوري، أمس الاثنين، أن مشروع القانون التنظيمي بتحديد شروط وكيفيات ممارسة حق الإضراب “سيخضع لتعديلات إضافية في مجلس المستشارين”.
وقال السكوري في تصريح للصحافة عقب اجتماع للجنة التعليم والشؤون الثقافية والاجتماعية بمجلس المستشارين، إن مناقشة مشروع قانون الإضراب والمصادقة عليه في مجلس النواب “مثلت محطة مهمة ومكنت من إجراء تغييرات مهمة عليه”، معتبرا أن النص “يظل غير مكتمل ولا يشكل بعد الصيغة النهائية”.
وكشف السكوري أنه تم الاتفاق مع المكونات النقابية بمجلس المستشارين على مباشرة المفاوضات حول المشروع على مستوى النقابات ابتداء من يوم غد الثلاثاء، بالموازاة مع تقديمه أمام اللجنة المعنية يوم الخميس المقبل، على أن يتم الشروع في المناقشة العامة يوم الأربعاء 15 يناير الجاري.
وشدد السكوري على أن “الحكومة والنقابات تحذوهما الرغبة في التوصل إلى قانون تنظيمي للإضراب يخدم الطبقة الشغيلة والفئات الكثيرة التي تمت إضافتها”، معربا عن “استعداد الحكومة، في إطار العمل مع مجلس المستشارين الذي يتميز بوجود تمثيليات للفرقاء والشركاء الاجتماعيين، للخروج بقانون يرقى إلى مستوى مغرب القرن الحادي والعشرين وتطلعات جميع الشرائح”.
وكان مجلس النواب قد صادق مؤخرا، بالأغلبية، على مشروع القانون التنظيمي بتحديد شروط وكيفيات ممارسة حق الإضراب برمته كما عدله وصادق عليه المجلس بعد إعادة ترتيب أبوابه وفروعه ومواده.
