استقبل الفريق أول محمد بريظ، المفتش العام للقوات المسلحة الملكية وقائد المنطقة الجنوبية، بمقر القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الملكية بالرباط، الفريق أول حمد بن علي العطية، مستشار سمو أمير دولة قطر لشؤون الدفاع.
وذكر بلاغ للقيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الملكية أن الجانبين أبرزا، خلال هذا اللقاء الذي جرى بحضور سفير قطر بالرباط، ورؤساء المكاتب المعنيين بالقيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الملكية وأعضاء الوفد القطري، علاقات الأخوة والصداقة التي تجمع القوات المسلحة الملكية ونظيرتها القطرية، والتي تطبعها الثقة والاحترام المتبادل والإرادة المشتركة لتوطيد هذه الروابط مستقبلا.
يشار أن الاستقبال تم بتعليمات سامية من صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، القائد الأعلى ورئيس أركان الحرب العامة للقوات المسلحة الملكية.
