كشف وزير العدل، عبد اللطيف وهبي، أمس الاثنين، أن مجموع حالات الطلاق الاتفاقي بلغ خلال سنة 2023 ما مجموعه 24 ألف و162 حالة، فيما بلغ عدد حالات الطلاق الرجعي 341 حالة طلاق، من أصل 249 ألف و89 رسم زواج سجل سنة 2023.
وأبرز الوزير، في رده على سؤال شفهي خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفهية بمجلس النواب حول “حول ظاهرة الطلاق والإجراءات المتخذة لمعالجتها”، تلاه بالنيابة عنه الوزير المنتدب المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، أن الوزارة، من أجل الحد من ظاهرة ارتفاع الطلاق عملت على عدة إجراءات، منها تعزيز التوعية والتحسيس بأهمية التأهيل المسبق للحياة الزوجية، وتدارس أفضل السبل لإقرار منظومة متكاملة للوساطة الأسرية بأقسام قضاء الأسرة المغربية، وتقوية دور مكاتب المساعدة الاجتماعية في الصلح والوساطة الأسرية والتوفيق بين الزوجين.
وأضاف الوزير أن مدونة الأسرة نصت على إلزامية القيام بمحاولة الصلح بين الزوجين، مشيرا إلى المؤسسات والجهات والأشخاص التي يمكن أن يستعين بها القاضي لمساعدته على إجراء محاولة الصلح بين الزوجين، على اعتبار أنها تعد إجراء جوهريا في المادة الأسرية التي أناطها المشرع بالقاضي في إطار مهامه التي يمارسها أثناء نظره في النزاع الأسري، ومن بينها مجلس العائلة والمجالس العلمية والمساعدة الاجتماعية.
