صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس، على مشروع القانون رقم 33.22 يتعلق بحماية التراث، أخذا بعين الاعتبار الملاحظات المثارة في شأنه بعد دراستها، قدمه وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل محمد المهدي بنسعيد.
وأوضح بلاغ للوزارة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، أن هذا المشروع يأتي لتعزيز المقتضيات المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم 22.80 المتعلق بالمحافظة على المباني التاريخية والمناظر والكتابات المنقوشة والتحف الفنية، ولملاءمة الإطار القانوني الوطني المتعلق بحماية وتثمين ونقل التراث الثقافي الوطني مع الالتزامات الدولية المصادق عليها من قبل المملكة المغربية.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أن مشروع هذا القانون يتضمن مستجدات تسعى، بالأساس، إلى تضمينه التعاريف الجديدة المتعلقة بمختلف أصناف التراث الثقافي والطبيعي والجيولوجي، والتي تواكب المفاهيم الجديدة المعترف بها دوليا في ما يتعلق بالتراث الثقافي، وتتلاءم مع التعاريف الحديثة المعمول بها لدى منظمة اليونيسكو.
وأشار إلى أن الأمر يتعلق، كذلك، بإحداث سجل وطني لجرد التراث، واعتماد مفهوم إعداد مخطط تدبير التراث الذي يعتبر وثيقة تعاقدية بين كل الأطراف المتدخلة تحدد التوجهات الاستراتيجية والبرامج وآليات التطبيق والتمويل لإدارة وتدبير التراث.
