أفادت وزارة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني، بأن 7,4 ملايين سائح توافدوا على المغرب خلال الستة أشهر الأولى من سنة 2024، بارتفاع بلغت نسبته 14 في المائة بالمقارنة مع الفترة ذاتها من سنة 2023.
وذكرت الوزارة، في بلاغ لها، أن “السياحة بالمغرب تواصل منحاها التصاعدي، كما يشهد على ذلك النمو الاستثنائي المسجل في النصف الأول من سنة 2024. فالأرقام تتحدث عن نفسها : 7,4 ملايين زائر عبروا الحدود المغربية، مما يمثل زيادة بنسبة 14 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2023، وقفزة مهمة بنسبة 38 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2019”.
وسجل المصدر ذاته، أن الإقبال على وجهة المغرب يتجاوز كل الانتظارات. ففي حين كانت الأهداف المسطرة تشير إلى بلوغ مليون سائح إضافي خلال سنة 2024 بأكملها، استقبل المغرب في ظرف ستة أشهر فقط 909.000 سائح إضافي.
وشهد شهر يونيو وصول عدد قياسي بلغ 5ر1 مليون سائح، مسجلا ارتفاعا بنسبة 10 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2023، ويبدو موسم الصيف واعدا بالقدر نفسه.
وفي هذا السياق، صرحت وزيرة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني، فاطمة الزهراء عمور، بأنه “لا يمكن إنكار إشعاع وجهة المغرب السياحية على الساحة الدولية”.
وأضافت أن “المـؤهلات الفريدة لبلدنا، إلى جانب تنفيذ خارطة الطريق الخاصة بنا، تؤتي ثمارها. وهدفنا المتمثل في 5ر17 مليون سائح أصبح أقرب أكثر من أي وقت مضى”.
