ينعقد يوم الاثنين المقبل مجلس للحكومة، يترأسه عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة.
وأوضح بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة أن المجلس سيتدارس في بدايته أربعة مشاريع مراسيم، يتعلق الأول منها برخصة الثاقب، والثاني بتطبيق المادة 37 من القانون الصادر في شأن ضبط قطاع الكهرباء، والثالث بتحديد تنظيم لجنة النظر في المخالفات الضريبية وكيفيات سيرها، فيما يتعلق مشروع المرسوم الأخير بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم الصادر في شأن تطبيق الضريبة على القيمة المضافة المنصوص عليها في القسم الثالث من المدونة العامة للضرائب.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أن المجلس سيختم أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
وأشار البلاغ إلى أن الحكومة ستعقد، بعد انتهاء أشغال المجلس الحكومي، اجتماعا خاصا لدراسة بعض مقترحات القوانين.
