أجرى وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية البروفيسور خالد آيت الطالب، بجنيف، لقاءات ومباحثات مكثفة مع نظرائه وزراء الصحة لدول البرتغال، إسبانيا، بنغلاديش، زامبيا وعمان، وذلك على هامش أشغال الدورة 76 لمنظمة الصحة العالمية.

وشكلت هذه اللقاءات الثنائية فرصة لتعزيز سبل التعاون الثنائي المشترك بين المغرب وهذه البلدان في مجال الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، وكذا تبادل الخبرات والتجارب فيما يخص تدبير القضايا الصحية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

كما تم خلال هذه المباحثات، استعراض التجربة المغربية الرائدة في مجال تدبير جائحة كوفيد-19، واستعداد المغرب لتقاسمها مع الدول في إطار شراكة مستدامة، علاوة إلى اطلاعهم على الأوراش التي انخرط فيها المغرب تحت القيادة المتبصرة لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله، والتي تهم تعميم التغطية الصحية الشامة والحماية الاجتماعية تماشيا مع تعهدات المغرب في هذا المجال ولاسيما تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في أفق 2030.
