استفاد عدد من بائعي الخبز والحليب، بجماعة بوفكران من عربات خاصة بممارسة نشاطهم في ظروف جيدة، وذلك في إطار المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة التي استفادت منها كذلك شريحة من ذوي الدخل البسيط وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بمجهود من السلطة المحلية وعلى راسها باشا مدينة بوفكران.
ويأتي هذه المبادرة الاجتماعية التضامنية للمساهمة في انماء الدخل القار للمستفيدين ٬ و تنظيم البائعين المتجولين بالمدينة.
فضلا عن اعطاء القيمة المستحقة لهذا النشاط المدر للدخل، و توفيرا للظروف الإنسانية والشروط الصحية اللازمة للممارسة.
