نظمت مديرية مكناس اليوم الثلاثاء لقاء دراسيا حول تفعيل المركز الإقليمي للوقاية ومناهضة العنف بالوسط المدرسي،تحت شعار “من أجل تخليق الفضاء التربوي ومحاربة كل أشكال العنف”.
و أشار محمد الغوري، المدير الإقليمي إلى أن تنظيم اللقاء يأتي في إطار أجرأة مضامين القانون الإطار 51.17 والاستراتيجية القطاعية المندمجة في مجال الوقاية ومناهضة العنف في الوسط المدرسي، وتماشيا مع المجهودات المبذولة من أجل تخليق الفضاء التربوي ومحاربة كل أشكال العنف والممارسات المشينة التي تستهدف المجتمع المدرسي، وانطلاقا من الدور التأثيري لمحيط المؤسسة التعليمية على المناخ الدراسي والسير الطبيعي للدراسة، كما استعرض السياق والمرجعيات الخاصة بإنشاء المراكز الإقليمية للوقاية ومناهضة العنف بالوسط المدرسي.
ومن جهته، قدم عبد العزيز الخنوسي؛ عضو المركز الإقليمي للوقاية ومناهضة العنف بالوسط المدرسي، عرضا حول الاستراتيجية الوطنية للوقاية ومناهضة العنف بالوسط المدرسي، وتلاه عرض عبد الرحمان بندياب؛ منسق المركز الإقليمي للوقاية ومناهضة العنف بالوسط المدرسي حول حصيلة أنشطة المركز الإقليمي بمكناس.
وقد أعقب ذلك مناقشة عامة حول التحديات المطروحة وتقوية سبل توفير الأمن بالمؤسسات التعليمية، وتطوير الاشتغال في مجالات التنسيق والوقاية والتكفل.
ويشار إلى أن اللقاء شاركت فيه النيابة العامة والمصالح الداخلية والخارجية والأمنية وممثلي المجتمع المدني وعدد من الباحثين.
