أنهت مصالح الأمن بمكناس نشاط شخصين يبلغان من العمر 23 و28 سنة، يشتبه تورطهما في قضية تتعلق بحيازة وترويج أدوية مهربة من شأنها الإضرار بصحة المواطنين.
وقد جرى توقيف المشتبه فيهما بمدينة مكناس، وهما في حالة تلبس بحيازة وترويج مواد صيدلية مهربة بدعوى استخدامها في تسهيل عمليات الإجهاض، حيث أسفرت عملية التفتيش المنجزة عن العثور بحوزتهما على 136 قرصا طبيا مهربا.
وقد أظهرت عملية تنقيط المشتبه بهما في قاعدة بيانات الأمن الوطني، أن أحدهما يشكل موضوع مذكرة بحث على الصعيد الوطني، وذلك لتنفيذ أمر بالإيداع بالسجن على خلفية الاشتباه في تورطه في قضية أخرى تتعلق بأفعال إجرامية مرتبطة بعمليات الإجهاض السري.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيهما تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، فيما لازالت التحريات جارية بغرض توقيف جميع المتورطين المفترضين في ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
