يخلد الشعب المغربي، ومعه أسرة المقاومة وجيش التحرير،غدا الأحد، الذكرى الـ 43 لاسترجاع إقليم وادي الذهب، التي تعد محطة تاريخية وضاءة في مسيرة استكمال الاستقلال الوطني وتحقيق الوحدة الترابية، وذلك في أجواء من الحماس الوطني والتعبئة الدائمة والمستمرة لصيانة الوحدة الترابية المقدسة.
وذكرت المندوبية السامية لقدماء المقاومين وأعضاء جيش التحرير، في بلاغ بالمناسبة، أنه في يوم 14 غشت 1979، وفدت على عاصمة المملكة الرباط وفود علماء ووجهاء وأعيان وشيوخ سائر قبائل إقليم وادي الذهب، لتجديد وتأكيد بيعتهم لأمير المؤمنين وحامي حمى الملة والدين، جلالة المغفور له الحسن الثاني طيب الله ثراه، معبرين عن تعلقهم المكين بالعرش العلوي المجيد وولائهم وإخلاصهم للجالس عليه على هدي آبائهم وأجدادهم، واصلين الماضي بالحاضر، ومؤكدين تمسكهم بمغربيتهم وتشبثهم بالانتماء الوطني وبوحدة التراب المقدس من طنجة إلى الكويرة، مفوتين ومحبطين مخططات ومناورات خصوم الوحدة الترابية والمتربصين بالحقوق المشروعة لبلادنا.
