ينعقد يوم الخميس المقبل، مجلس الحكومة، برئاسة عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة.
وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة أن المجلس سيتدارس في بدايته ثلاثة مشاريع مراسيم يتعلق الأول منها بتغيير المرسوم الصادر في شأن تطبيق القانون القاضي بإعادة تنظيم الصندوق المغربي للتقاعد.
ويتعلق مشروع المرسوم الثاني ،يضيف البلاغ، بتحديد تصنيف المواد المتفجرة ذات الاستعمال المدني والشهب الاصطناعية الترفيهية والمعدات التي تحتوي على مواد نارية بيروتقنية ومناطق خطرها واعتمادها ووسمها واستيرادها وتصديرها وشرائها وبيعها ونقلها واستعمالها وإتلافها، وكذا شراء البارود الموجه للتظاهرات أو الاحتفالات ونقله وتخزينه واستعماله.
أما مشروع المرسوم الثالث فيتعلق بتخزين وصنع المواد المتفجرة ذات الاستعمال المدني والشهب الاصطناعية الترفيهية والمعدات التي تحتوي على مواد نارية بيروتقنية، وكذا أنظمة الحراسة والأمن والسلامة المتعلقة بالمستودعات والمصانع.
وأضاف البلاغ أن المجلس سيختم أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
