وجه المستشار البرلماني عبد الرحمان الوفا-عن فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة، سؤالا كتابية إلى وزير الشباب و الثقافة و التواصل محمد مهدي بنسعيد يهم انتخابات أعضاء المجلس الوطني للصحافة.
وتساءل المستشار البرلماني عن الاجراءات و التدابير التي ستتخذها وزارة الشباب و الثقافة و التواصل لإجراء انتخابات أعضاء المجلس الوطني للصحافة .
ومع حلول نهاية شهر يونيو الجاري يكون المجلس الوطني للصحافة قد استوفى مدته الانتدابية و التي حددتها المادة 6 من القانون 90.13 القاضي بإحداث المجلس الوطني للصحافة في أربع (4)سنوات.
و شكل تأسيس المجلس الوطني للصحافة قيمة مضافة ونوعية لقطاع الصحافة والنشر ببلادنا بعد أن أسندت له عدة مهام على رأسها التنظيم الذاتي لقطاع الصحافة والنشر، ووضع نظامه الداخلي وميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة والأنظمة الضرورية التي تضمن ممارسة مهنة الصحافة واحترام قواعدها وأخلاقياتها، ومنح بطاقة الصحافة، وممارسة دور الوساطة في الخلافات.
