أكد وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل محمد المهدي بنسعيد على أهمية تكوين الشباب غير المتوفر على شهادات أكاديمية، ضمانا لإدماجهم في سوق العمل بما يتلاءم ومؤهلاتهم ، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أولويات التشغيل المتاحة.
وأضاف بنسعيد هلال أشغال المائدة المستديرة الوزارية لمؤتمر افريقيا للتعليم عن بعد “E-learning Africa” والمنعقدة بعاصمة رواندا كيغالي، (أضاف) أنه من الضروري اعتماد تصور افريقي موحد بهذا الخصوص مرورا بمرحلة التشخيص وانتهاء بتقديم الحلول التي تعين القارة الافريقية على تجاوز الصعوبات المطروحة.
ويهدف هذا الاجتماع الوزاري الى تعزيز استعمال المحتويات الرقمية في الحياة اليومية للمواطنين على الصعيد الافريقي وكذا تشجيع تبادل التجارب والافكار الرائدة بين دول الاتحاد الافريقي في مجال التكنولوجيا المرتبطة بالمعرفة.
وعلى هامش الاجتماع المذكور، تباحث الوزير
مع ريبيكا سترومير، مؤسسة “Elearning Africa”، حيث همت هذه المباحثات مناقشة سبل تجويد الخدمات المقدمة من قبل المؤسسات الشبابية بالمملكة لاسيما تلك المرتبطة بالالعاب الالكترونية “Gaming”.
ويقوم بنسعيد بزيارة عمل إلى كيغالي حيث سيجري مباحثات ثنائية مع نظيره الرواندي وزير الشباب والثقافة، في إطار التعاون الثنائي الذي يجمع المملكة المغربية وجمهورية رواندا انطلاقا من العلاقات المتينة التي تجمع البلدين والعمل المشترك في عدد من المجالات.
