نظمت عمالة مكناس امس الجمعة لقاء تحسيسيا بمخاطر سخان الماء أو مابات يعرف لدى العموم بالقاتل الصامت، وذلك بحضور عامل مكناس ورئيس عرفة التجارة والصناعة ومندوب وزارة الصحة فضلا عن كولونيل بالوقاية المدنية.
عامل مكناس عبد الغني الصبار خلال تراسه للقاء التحسيسي أبرز تجند جميع الفاعلين كالجماعات الترابية والهلال الأحمر المغربي، والوقاية المدنية وجمعيات المجتمع المدني، في التوعية والتحسيس للرفع من الوعي الأسري بمخاطر القاتل الصامت أحادي أكسيد الكربون.
وأوضح الصبار أسباب الاختناق بغاز أحادي أكسيد الكربون الناتج عن الاستعمال الغير السليم والخاطئ لسخانات الغاز وآلات التدفئة التقليدية (الكانون) بالمنازل.
اللقاء عرف عرضا علميا حول كيفية تأثير أحادي أكسيد الكربون على الجسم، ومؤشرات ومظاهر التسمم به، وما يجب القيام به في حالة الإصابة من أجل انقاد حياة الأشخاص.
ممثل مصالح الوقاية المدنية حث في كلمة له على ضرورة تفقد ومراقبة أجهزة التدفئة، سخان الماء وشبكة الغاز إلى جانب ضمان التهوية اليومية داخل المنازل مع العمل على تنظيف المداخن الرئيسية للعمارات.
اللقاء شكل فرصة لتوجيه نصائح من طرف ذوي الاختصاص حيث تم التركيز فيها على ضرورة اقتناء أجهزة تدفئة مطابقة لمعايير السلامة وهذا في ظل وجود بعض الماركات المقلدة في الأسواق مع ضرورة اقتناء كاشف الغازات المحترفة مع فحص ومراقبة معدات التدفئة المستعملة بالاستعانة بحرفيين متخصصين .
يشار إلى أن اللقاء المنظم بعمالة مكناس يأتي عقب الارتفاع الملحوظ في حالات الاختناق بالغاز المحترق الذي أودى بحياة كثير من المواطنين خلال الأيام الفارطة.
