ألفقامت الوكالة الحضرية لمكناس التي تغطي أقاليم الحاجب وإفران بدراسة 15 ألف و450 ملف، يتعلق بالتدبير الحضري ما بين سنتي 2019 و2021.

وحسب معطيات تم تقديمها، أمس الأربعاء بمكناس، بمناسبة إنعقاد الدورة الثامنة عشرة للمجلس الإدراي للوكالة، فإن حصيلة الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتدبير الحضري تميزت بدراسة 5872 ملفا سنة 2021، و 3728 سنة 2020، و 5850 سنة 2019، والتي تخص مشاريع كبرى وصغرى، بنسبة موافقة تقارب 80 في المائة سنويا.

وشكل هذا الاجتماع فرصة لعرض برنامج عمل الوكالة الحضرية للسنوات الثلاث القادمة (2022-2024) والمنبثق عن الأوراش الإستراتيجية للوزارة الوصية وكذا أولويات الاحتياجات المحلية والجهوية في مجال التخطيط الحضري لمواكبة التوجهات العامة للدولة في تفعيل ورش الجهوية المتقدمة، وذلك باستكمال التغطية بوثائق التعمير اللازمة وتحيين الوثائق المنتهية الصلاحية، ومواكبة العالم القروي عبر مشاريع مندمجة مبنية على مقاربة مجالية وتعاقدية وتبسيط المساطر، بالإضافة إلى تطوير الخدمات اللامادية للوكالة الحضرية لمكناس.
