قدم وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل المهدي بنسعيد مخطط العمل المزمع تنزيله، خلال السنوات المقبلة بالمديريات الجهوية المكلفة بالتواصل من أجل الرفع من آدائها.
ولخص بنسعيد مخطط العمل المستقبلي في الجواب على السؤال الكتابي الذي سبق وأن توصل به من النائب البرلماني عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس النواب الحسين بو الرحيم في العمل على توفير العدد الكافي من المناصب المالية لسد الخصاص الكبير في الموارد البشرية على مستوى المديرات الجهوية.
كما ستشمل الإجراءات كذلك استكمال بناء الفضاءات الملائمة للمديريات الجهوية المكلفة بالتواصل وتجهيزها بالمعدات الضرورية والأدوات المكتبية الحديثة والعمل على توفير الموارد البشرية والاعتمادات المالية الكافية المبنية على اساس برامج جهوية كفيلة بترجمة سياسة القطاع على المستوى الجهوي.
ووفق الجواب المقدم من بنسعيد على نسخة منه فسيتم الرفع من آداء المديريات الجهوية للتواصل، عبر مواصلة تأهيل الرأسمال البشري العامل بها وجعلها رافعة أساسية لإرساء جهوية متقدمة تستجيب للحاجيات الحقيقية للجهة .
وحسب المصدر ذاته فسيتم مستقبلا تفويض الاعتمادات المالية للمدراء الجهويين لقطاع التواصل لتفعيل مسطرة الآمر بالصرف.
