قررت الحكومة ابتداء من يوم الخميس 21 أكتوبر 2021، اعتماد مقاربة احترازية جديدة قوامها ” جواز التلقيح ” كوثيقة معتمدة من طرف السلطات الصحية، وذلك من خلال اتخاذ مجموعة من التدابير.
ووفق بلاغ صادر عن الحكومة فستشمل هذه التدابير السماح للأشخاص بالتنقل بين العمالات والأقاليم، عبر وسائل النقل الخاصة أو العمومية، شريطة الإدلاء حصريا بـ “جواز التلقيح”، واعتماد ” جواز التلقيح ” كوثيقة للسفر إلى الخارج وإلغاء رخصة التنقل المسلمة من طرف السلطات المحلية المختصة في هذا الشأن.
البلاغ شدد على ضرورة إدلاء الموظفين والمستخدمين ومرتفقي الإدارات بـ “جواز التلقيح” لولوج الإدارات العمومية والشبه عمومية والخاصة، وضرورة الإدلاء “بجواز التلقيح” لولوج المؤسسات الفندقية والسياحية والمطاعم والمقاهي والفضاءات المغلقة والمحلات التجارية وقاعات الرياضة والحمامات.
وأشار البلاغ إلى أنه يتعين على جميع المسؤولين في القطاعين العام والخاص الحرص على التنزيل السليم لكل هذه الإجراءات، تحت مسؤوليتهم القانونية المباشرة.
ودعت الحكومة عبر بلاغها المواطنات والمواطنين الذين تلقوا جرعتي اللقاح تحميل وثيقة جواز التلقيح من البوابة الإلكترونية الخاصة بالحملة الوطنية للتلقيح ضد كوفيد-19 على الرابط: www.liqahcorona.ma. كما يمكنهم طلبها على مستوى الملحقات الإدارية القريبة من مقر سكناهم في حال تعذر استخراجها من الموقع المذكور .
