تصدر حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار ب الأحرار يليه حزب الاستقلال ثم الحركة الشعبية والاتحاد الدستوري والأصالة والعاصرة ليأتي حزب العدالة و التنمية في المركز السادس ، وفق ما أعلنت عنه عمال مكناس في النتائج النهائية الخاصة باقتراع الثامن شتنبر .
هكذا نجح في ضمان مقد برلماني عن عمالة مكناس كل من : بدر الطاهري 19813 و عبد الواحد الانصاري 19760 وعبد القادر البريكي 10478 و عباس لومغاري 10408 و جواد الشامي 7112 ثم عبد الله بوانو 5711
و بلغت نسبة المشاركة في عملية التصويت بعمالة مكناس 37.28 في المائة، حيث بلغت بالمجال القروي 68.39%و بالمجال الحضري 27.49%.
وبلغت نسبة المشاركة في الاستحقاقات الانتخابية التي نظمها المغرب اليوم الأربعاء بمختلف عمالات وأقاليم وعمالات مقاطعات المملكة، 50,18 % على المستوى الوطني .
وذكر بلاغ لوزارة الداخلية بأن الجهات الجنوبية للمملكة تميزت بتسجيل نسبة مشاركة مشجعة في انتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب وأعضاء مجالس الجماعات والمقاطعات وأعضاء مجالس الجهات، حيث بلغت هذه النسبة 58,30 في المائة على مستوى جهة الداخلة -وادي الذهب، و 63,76 في المائة في جهة كلميم -واد نون و 66,94 في المائة في جهة العيون -الساقية الحمراء .
