تمت برمجة 34 مشروعا باستثمار إجمالي يفوق 25 مليون درهم ما بين 2019 و2020 على مستوى عمالة مكناس، في إطار برنامج مواكبة الأشخاص في وضعية هشاشة من المرحلة الثالثة للمبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية.
ويستفيد من هذه المشاريع التي تساهم فيها المبادرة ب 78 في المائة أشخاص في وضعية هشاشة على مستوى العمالة، وفق معطيات قسم العمل الاجتماعي.
وتشمل هذه العمليات تأهيل وتجهيز 24 مركزا وانشاء 3 مراكز جديدة، بينما تم اقتناء 7 حافلات لفائدة المستفيدين من خدمات هذه المنشآت الاجتماعية.
ومن جهة أخرى، ضخت المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية أزيد من مليوني درهم لتدبير 12 مركزا، تروم تحسين جودة خدمات الايواء والتغذية والعلاج والتأطير.
وبذلك بلغ عدد العمليات المبرمجة من قبل اللجنة الاقليمية للتنمية البشرية بمكناس 223 مشروعا، تروم مواكبة فئات مختلفة من الأشخاص في وضعية هشاشة.
ومنذ إطلاقها في 2005، واكبت المبادرة الساكنة الأكثر هشاشة من خلال برنامجها لمكافحة الهشاشة. وتتمثل هذه المواكبة في التكفل بالمستفيدين داخل المراكز المتخصصة مثل مراكز استقبال الأطفال المتخلى عنهم والأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ودور المسنين وغيرها.
