ويعتبر المهنيون بأن القطاع يبحث عن مصداقية و مكانة تليق بالسائق حتى يؤدي مهامه المنوطة به، ملما بحقوقه وواجباته.
ويرى الممارسون لمهنة سياقة سيارات الاجرة بصنفيها أن مالكي السيارات أو مول الشكارة كما يحلو لهم مناداتهم بها مدعوين للاهتمام بشغيلتهم كما يتعين عليهم التراجع عن فرض توفير مبلغ معين خاصة إذا كان مرتفعا.
سائقو سيارات الاجرة يطالبون من الجهات المعنية بإحداث لجنة أخلاقية للمهنة مع العمل بنظام الإنذارات بهدف تأهيل وتطوير القطاع.
