يمثل اليوم الثلاثاء ،زعيم ميليشيات “البوليساريو”، المدعو إبراهيم غالي، المتهم بجرائم إبادة جماعية والتعذيب والإرهاب، ، عبر تقنية الفيديو، أمام سانتياغو بيدراز القاضي بالمحكمة الوطنية، أعلى محكمة جنائية إسبانية.
واحتفظ القضاء الإسباني بتهمتين رئيسيتين ضد زعيم انفصاليي “البوليساريو”، الذي تم إدخاله منذ 18 أبريل لمستشفى إسباني في ظروف غامضة بهوية جزائرية مزورة.
وتتعلق التهمة الأولى ب”التعذيب” والتي تقدم بها فاضل بريكة ضد زعيم الانفصاليين، والذي يتهمه بالمسؤولية عن اختطافه خلال الفترة من 18 يونيو 2019 إلى 10 نونبر من نفس السنة.
وتهم التهمة الثانية، بالأساس، “الإبادة الجماعية” و”الاغتيال” و”الإرهاب” و”الجرائم ضد الإنسانية” و”الاختطاف”، تقدمت بها الجمعية الصحراوية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، التي تتخذ من إسبانيا مقرا لها.
ويعد المتهم أحد الأعضاء ال 28 ضمن الحركة الانفصالية ومسؤولين حكوميين جزائريين كبار تم التبليغ عنهم من قبل الجمعية الصحراوية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان وضحايا آخرين في غشت 2012.
ويطالب العديد من ضحايا هذا الجلاد، الذين تقدموا بشكاوى ضده، باعتقاله ومحاكمته.
