أثار شريط فيديو تداوله نشطاء مواقع التوصل الاجتماعي ضجة, يوثق لحظة سقوط 7 طلبة من الطابق الرابع بمبنى الجامعة في مدينة إل ألتو الجبلية في بوليفية.
وتم رصد من خلال الفيديو, انهيار السور الحاجز للجامعة, بسبب تدافع مئات الطلبة, بل حدث هناك شجار بين اثنين,اذ ليسقط سبعة طلبة(ة) بالطابق الأول, في مشهد مخيف ومفجع.
وحسب مصادر إعلامية دولية, أفادت أن وزير الداخلية البوليفية نشر على منصة تويتر معطيات تتنافى مع المعلومات التي نشرتها مصادر إعلامية محلية,حيث صرح سقوط خمسة قتلى, وتم نقل ثلاثة من المصابين إلى العناية المركزة.
