نشرت عدد من التقارير الصحفية بأن الفضل في تيسير عملية وصول لقاح سينوفارم الصيني إلى المغرب يعود بالدرجة الأولى إلى كبير نواب الرئيس بشركة “Samsung biologics”، سمير مشهور .
المسؤول المغربي بالشركة العالمية المتخصصة في صناعة الأدوية، و الذي أشارت عدد من التقارير الصحفية إلى دوره الكبير في التنسيق مع الفريق المغربي المكلف بجلب اللقاح من الشركة الصينية، أكد في مناسبات عديدة أنه لن يدخر جهدا في سبيل إعانة بلده المغرب على تجاوز الأزمة العالمية التي أحدثها فيروس كورونا.
فمن يكون سمير مشهور ؟؟
سمير مشهور مغربي ولد في الرباط و تابع دراسته بثانوية يعقوب المنصور، حاصل على درجة الماجستير في الفيزياء النووية من جامعة كونكورديا، وهو خريج جامعة هارفارد ومدرسة هارفارد كينيدي الحكومية.
يشغل مشهور الآن منصب كبير نواب الرئيس بشركة “Samsung biologics”، الراعي العالمي للجودة والمطابقة التنظيمية، وقبل انضمامه لشركة “سامسونغ”، تقلد سمير العديد من المناصب الإدارية بعدد من الشركات، منها GSK Pfizer وJohnson&Johnson، وBoehringer Ingelheim، وBecton Dickinson. كما ترأس سمير مشهور منصب نائب الرئيس في شركة Lonza، عملاق الصيدلة السويسري، حيث كان القوة الدافعة وراء الاستحواذ على American Capsugel بأكثر من 5,5 ملايير دولار.
يعد سمير مشهور مؤسس منظمة “بلا حدود”، التي تعد واحدة من أكبر المنظمات غير الربحية في العالم التي تربط الدوائر الصناعية بالجمعيات غير الهادفة للربح من أجل “المساعدة في القضاء على الفقر”، و”تحسين الوصول إلى الصحة والتعليم لأفقر الناس حول العالم”.
تم اختياره أيضا في نهاية عام 2018، كأحد أفضل 50 قائدا في مجال الصحة في العالم من قبل منظمة Smart Health care لمساهمته في مجالات الصحة.
