ذكرت المديرية العامة للضرائب بأن عددا من فئات الملزمين يتعين عليهم القيام، في أجل أقصاه فاتح أكتوبر 2026، بالتصريحات والأداءات الضريبية المستحقة عليهم.
وأوضحت المديرية، في بلاغات متعلقة بالالتزامات الضريبية للملزمين، أن هذا الأجل يهم المقاولات الخاضعة لواجبات التمبر المدفوعة بناء على إقرار، والشركات الخاضعة للضريبة على الشركات التي تتزامن فيها السنة المحاسبية مع السنة المدنية، وكذا الملزمين الذين تحدد دخولهم المهنية وفق نظام المساهمة المهنية الموحدة والذين اختاروا أداء دفعات ربع سنوية.
وبالنسبة للمقاولات الخاضعة لواجبات التمبر بالمخالصة، وواجبات التمبر على الإعلانات الإشهارية على الشاشة، وواجبات التمبر الثابتة المدفوعة بناء على إقرار، فهي ملزمة بالإدلاء بإقرار هذه الواجبات برسم شهر غشت 2026، مع أداء الواجبات المستحقة في نفس الوقت، بطريقة إلكترونية، عبر فضاء المهنيين للخدمات الإلكترونية “SIMPL- Enregistrement et Timbre”، الذي يمكن الولوج إليه من خلال البوابة الإلكترونية للمديرية العامة للضرائب.
وفي ما يخص الشركات الخاضعة للضريبة على الشركات، التي تتزامن فيها السنة المحاسبية مع السنة المدنية، فإنها ملزمة بأداء الدفعة الثالثة المقدمة برسم سنة 2026، بطريقة إلكترونية، قبل فاتح أكتوبر 2026، عبر فضاء المهنيين للخدمات الإلكترونية “SIMPL-IS”.
وفي هذا الصدد، ذكرت المديرية بأنه إذا اعتبرت الشركة أن مبلغ دفعة أو دفعات على الحساب المتعلقة بالسنة المحاسبية 2026 يساوي أو يفوق الضريبة التي ستكون مستحقة عليها عن تلك السنة، فيمكنها إيداع الإقرار بالإعفاء عن الأداء إلكترونيا، قبل خمسة عشر يوما على الأقل من تاريخ استحقاق الدفعة التالية، عبر فضاء المهنيين للخدمات الإلكترونية “SIMPL-IS”.
أما بالنسبة للملزمين الذين تحدد دخولهم المهنية وفق نظام المساهمة المهنية الموحدة، والذين اختاروا أداء دفعات ربع سنوية، فإنه يتعين عليهم أداء الدفعة الثالثة الربع سنوية، بطريقة إلكترونية، عبر فضاء المهنيين للخدمات الإلكترونية “SIMPL-CPU”.
