ارتفعت أسعار الذهب، اليوم الجمعة، إلى أعلى مستوى لها في أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر، متجهة نحو تسجيل مكاسب أسبوعية للمرة الثالثة على التوالي، بدعم من تراجع الدولار.
وبحلول الساعة 14:19 بتوقيت غرينتش، ارتفع الذهب في المعاملات الفورية بنسبة 1,6 في المائة إلى 4590,51 دولارا للأوقية، بعدما لامس في وقت سابق من الجلسة 4604,18 دولارا، وهو أعلى مستوى له منذ 15 ماي الماضي.
كما صعدت العقود الأمريكية الآجلة للذهب بنسبة 1,7 في المائة إلى 4647 دولارا للأوقية. وسجل المعدن الأصفر مكاسب بنحو 5 في المائة منذ بداية الأسبوع.
ويأتي تراجع الدولار في وقت أعلنت فيه وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية خططا لمضاعفة عمليات إعادة شراء السندات طويلة الأجل، فيما قال وزير الخزانة، سكوت بيسنت، أمس الخميس، إن الحكومة قد توسع نطاق عمليات إعادة شراء سندات الخزانة بشكل أكبر.
وقال بارت ميليك، مدير استراتيجيات السلع الأولية في “تي.دي سيكيوريتيز”، إن العامل الفني يشكل المحرك الرئيسي لارتفاع الذهب، مشيرا إلى أن مستوى 4700 دولار قد يكون المحطة التالية في حال استمرار الزخم الحالي، ومعتبرا أن تراجع الدولار يسهم أيضا بشكل كبير في دعم الأسعار.
