ذكرت المديرية العامة للضرائب أن عدة فئات ملزمة بأداء الضريبة، يتعين عليها في أجل أقصاه 1 شتنبر 2026، ايداع تصريحاتها، وأداء مستحقاتها الضريبية.
وأوضحت المديرية في بلاغات متعلقة بالالتزامات الضريبية للملزمين أن الأمر يتعلق بـ”الأشخاص الاعتباريين الخاضعين للقانون العام أو القانون الخاص، وكذا الأشخاص الذاتيين الذين تحدد دخولهم وفق نظام النتيجة الصافية الحقيقية أو نظام النتيجة الصافية المبسطة”، و”مؤسسات الائتمان والهيئات المعتبرة في حكمها، ومقاولات التأمين وإعادة التأمين، وكذا المقاولات التي يساوي أو يفوق مبلغ رقم أعمالها، دون احتساب الضريبة على القيمة المضافة، 500.000.000 درهم”، و”المدينون بالإيرادات المستوطنون أو المستقرون بالمغرب، وشركات التأمين المدينة”.
