توجت كلية العلوم القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التابعة لجامعة القاضي عياض، أول أمس السبت بمراكش، بلقب المسابقة الوطنية الثانية للمحاكمة الافتراضية في فن الترافع حول الجرائم المالية، المنظمة من طرف مجموعة البحث في السياسة الجنائية والدينامية الاجتماعية بالكلية نفسها، وذلك بعد منافسة قوية في المباراة النهائية مع الفريق الممثل لكلية العلوم القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية جامعة محمد الأول بوجدة.
ويعكس هذا التتويج الكفاءة العالية لطلبة كلية العلوم القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بجامعة القاضي عياض في مجال الترافع القانوني وصياغة الحجج القانونية بأسلوب علمي رصين.
ونجح الفريق الممثل لكلية الحقوق بمراكش، والمتكون من الطالب المحجوب زدوا والطالب زكرياء أبو إدرار، والذي مثل هيئة الادعاء (النيابة العامة) خلال المباراة النهائية، في إبراز قدراته العلمية والمهارية في مجال الترافع القانوني والتحليل القضائي، حيث أبان الطالبان على مستوى متميز من الجدية والاحترافية في إعداد المرافعات وتحليل الوقائع وتقديم الحجج القانونية أمام هيئة التحكيم.
وخلال المباراة النهائية للمحاكمة الافتراضية، التي مرت في أجواء تنافسية رفيعة المستوى، أعلنت لجنة التحكيم عن فوز الطالب المحجوب زدوا بجائزة أحسن مترافع تقديرا لتميزه في الإلقاء والثقة في النفس والقدرة على بناء المرافعة القانونية بشكل احترافي، بعد حصوله على 736.5 نقطة، يليه الطالب زكرياء أبو إدرار في المرتبة الثانية بمجموع نقط بلغ 726.5، وعادت المرتبة الثالثة للطالب محمد أمين أزكاغ من كلية الحقوق جامعة محمد الأول بوجدة بمجموع 704 نقطة، وكانت المرتبة الرابعة من نصيب الطالبة حسناء العدوني بعد حصولها على 702.25 نقطة، من نفس الكلية.
واستندت لجنة التحكيم المكونة من قضاة ومحامين، في تقييمها للفريقين المشاركين في المباراة النهائية، إلى الانضباط للوقت ومنهجية المرافعة والضوابط اللغوية والتواصلية والضوابط الأخلاقية للمرافعة وضوابط التفاعل مع أسئلة لجنة التحكيم والتعقيب على الخصم.
