أفاد المكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية، بأن عدد المقاولات التي تم إحداثها في المغرب خلال شهر يناير 2026، بلغ ما مجموعه 7 آلاف و874 مقاولة.
وأوضح بلاغ للمكتب، أن هذه المقاولات تتوزع بين الأشخاص الاعتباريين بـ 5827 مقاولة (74 في المائة)، والأشخاص الذاتيين بـ 2047 مقاولة (26 في المائة).
وحسب الشكل القانوني، فإن 66,7 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة هي شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة بشريك وحيد، تليها الشركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة بـ 32,4 في المائة.
وعلى المستوى الجغرافي، احتلت جهة الدار البيضاء-سطات المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 39,6 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة (أشخاص اعتباريون)، متبوعة بجهة الرباط-سلا-القنيطرة (13,8 في المائة)، ومراكش-آسفي (12,5 في المائة)، وطنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة (11,1 في المائة). وتستحوذ هذه الجهات الأربع وحدها على 77 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة على الصعيد الوطني.
وبحسب قطاعات الأنشطة، فقد استحوذ قطاع التجارة على حصة الأسد بنسبة 27,48 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة (أشخاص اعتباريون)، يليه قطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية (25,56 في المائة)، ثم الخدمات المتنوعة (19,14 في المائة)، والنقل (8,16 في المائة)، والصناعة (6,75 في المائة).
وبخصوص المقاولات الفردية، فقد جاءت جهة طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة في المقدمة بنسبة 23 في المائة، تليها جهة الدار البيضاء-سطات بـ 12,5 في المائة، وجهة الشرق بـ 11,5 في المائة، ثم الرباط-سلا-القنيطرة بـ 9,3 في المائة، وفاس-مكناس بـ 9,2 في المائة.
علاوة على ذلك، فقد تم منح 12 ألفا و 136 اسما تجاريا خلال الشهر نفسه.
