بلغ عدد الطلبات للحصول على تذاكر بطولة كأس العالم لكرة القدم 2026 المقرر إجراؤها في الولايات المتحدة والمكسيك وكندا، نصف مليار مع إغلاق باب التسجيل في قرعة الاختيار العشوائي، وفق ما أعلن الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا).
وأفاد الاتحاد الدولي بأنه “خلال 33 يوما فقط، تم تسجيل طلبات من مشجعين يعيشون في دول وأقاليم جميع الاتحادات الوطنية الأعضاء الـ211 المنضوية تحت مظلة الفيفا”، كاشفا أن “م عظم الطلبات وردت من الدول المستضيفة الثلاث، الولايات المتحدة والمكسيك وكندا، متبوعة بكل من ألمانيا وإنجلترا والبرازيل وإسبانيا والبرتغال والأرجنتين وكولومبيا”.
وأشار إلى أن المشجعين سيعرفون نتائج طلباتهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني في أجل أقصاه 5 فبراير.
واعتبر الاتحاد أن هذا العدد من الطلبات “يؤكد مدى جاذبية هذه النسخة التي تستأثر باهتمام جماهيري غير مسبوق في كافة أنحاء العالم، علما أنها ستكون أول نسخة تشهد مشاركة 48 منتخبا وطنيا في تاريخ بطولة كأس العالم”.
وأفاد بأن “المباراة التي حظيت بأكبر عدد من الطلبات المسجلة في مرحلة المبيعات هذه هي تلك التي ستجمع بين كولومبيا والبرتغال يوم السبت 27 يونيو في ميامي، متبوعة بكل من المكسيك-جمهورية كوريا (غوادالاخارا يوم الخميس 18 يونيو) والنهائي (في نيويورك- نيوجيرسي يوم الأحد 19 يوليوز) والمباراة الافتتاحية المقررة بين المكسيك وجنوب إفريقيا في مكسيكو سيتي يوم الخميس 11 يونيو، ومباراة دور الـ 32 المقررة في تورنتو يوم الخميس 2 يوليوز”.
وقال رئيس الفيفا، جاني إنفانتينو “إن تسجيل نصف مليار طلب على التذاكر في غضون شهر واحد فقط هو أكثر من مجرد رقم يعكس مدى الإقبال الهائل، بل إنه إعلان نوايا على الصعيد العالمي”.
كما لفت الانتباه إلى “أن تذكرة المباراة لا تضمن إمكانية الدخول إلى الدولة المستضيفة، ويتعين على المشجعين زيارة المواقع الإلكترونية لحكومات الدول المستضيفة لمعرفة متطلبات تأشيرات الدخول إلى كندا والمكسيك والولايات المتحدة الأميركية”.
