أفاد المكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية بأن عدد المقاولات، التي تم إحداثها في المغرب، بلغ 92 ألفا و232 مقاولة عند متم أكتوبر 2025.
وأوضح المكتب، ضمن لوحة القيادة العامة لبارومتر إحداث المقاولات، أن هذه المقاولات تتوزع بين الأشخاص الاعتباريين (66 ألفا و391 مقاولة)، والأشخاص الذاتيين (25 ألفا و841 مقاولة).
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى هيمنة قطاع التجارة على حصة 35,75 في المائة من إجمالي المقاولات المحدثة، تليه قطاعات أشغال البناء والعقار (19,74 في المائة)، والخدمات المتنوعة (17,57 في المائة)، والنقل (7,67 في المائة)، والصناعة (7,03 في المائة)، والفنادق والمطاعم (5,70 في المائة)، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (2,94 في المائة)، والفلاحة والصيد (1,81 في المائة)، والأنشطة المالية (1,80 في المائة).
وحسب الجهات، تتصدر الدار البيضاء-سطات الترتيب بإحداث 28 ألفا و748 مقاولة، تليها طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة (12 ألفا و601 ألف مقاولة)، والرباط-سلا-القنيطرة (11 ألفا و779 مقاولة)، ومراكش-آسفي (10 آلاف و524 مقاولة)، وفاس-مكناس (6 آلاف و351 مقاولة)، وسوس-ماسة (6 آلاف و149 مقاولة)، وجهة الشرق (6 آلاف و165 مقاولة)، والعيون-الساقية الحمراء (3 آلاف و356 مقاولة)، والداخلة-وادي الذهب (ألفان و604 مقاولات)، وبني ملال-خنيفرة (ألفان و274 مقاولة)، ودرعة-تافيلالت (ألف و992 مقاولة)، وكلميم-واد نون (689 مقاولة).
ومن حيث الشكل القانوني، فإن 64,9 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة عبارة عن شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة بشريك واحد، تليها شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة (34,4 في المائة)، بينما تمثل الشركات مجهولة الإسم وشركات أخرى نسبتي 0,2 في المائة و0,5 في المائة على التوالي.
