أوقفت عناصر الشرطة بولاية أمن مكناس بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، صباح اليوم الثلاثاء 2 دجنبر الجاري، ستة أشخاص من بينهم قاصرتان تبلغان معا من العمر 15 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطهم في قضية تتعلق بترويج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية.
وقد جرى توقيف ثلاثة من المشتبه فيهم على متن سيارة خفيفة بمدينة مكناس، وهم في حالة تلبس بترويج المخدرات، حيث أسفرت عملية الضبط والتفتيش عن العثور بحوزتهم على 2380 قرص مخدر، من بينها 1195 قرص مهلوس من نوع إكستازي و1185 قرص طبي مخدر من نوع ريفوتريل، علاوة على 210 غراما من مخدر الكوكايين.
كما قادت الأبحاث والتحريات المتواصلة في هذه القضية إلى تحديد هوية ثلاثة أشخاص آخرين يشتبه في ارتباطهم بهذا النشاط الإجرامي، وذلك قبل أن يتم توقيفهم والعثور بحوزتهم على دراجة نارية يشتبه في استعمالها في تسهيل ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
وقد أظهرت عملية تنقيط المشتبه بهم في قاعدة بيانات الأمن الوطني، أن أحدهم يشكل موضوع مذكرة بحث على الصعيد الوطني صادرة عن مصالح الشرطة القضائية بمدينة القصر الكبير، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطهم في قضية مماثلة تتعلق بترويج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية.
وقد تم إخضاع المشتبه فيهم للبحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد باقي الامتدادات المحتملة لهذا النشاط الإجرامي، والكشف عن كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعنيين بالأمر.
