بتعليمات سامية من جلالة الملك، شارك وزير التجهيز والماء، نزار بركة، في أشغال القمة السابعة للاتحاد الإفريقي-الاتحاد الأوروبي، التي انطلقت فعالياتها الاثنين بلواندا (أنغولا)، تحت شعار “تعزيز السلام والازدهار عبر تعددية فعالة”.
وتنعقد هذه القمة، التي تمتد على مدى يومين (24 و25 نونبر)، في سياق مواصلة بناء شراكة قوية ومتوازنة وموجهة نحو المستقبل.
وتتوزع أشغال القمة على جلستين، إحداهما تتمحور حول موضوع “المواطنون، الهجرة والتنقل”.
ويذكر أنه تم اختيار صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس رائدا للاتحاد الإفريقي في موضوع الهجرة،خلال القمة الثلاثين للاتحاد الإفريقي في يناير 2018.
وتأتي قمة لواندا امتدادا للقمة السادسة للاتحاد الإفريقي-الاتحاد الأوروبي، التي انعقدت يومي 17 و18 فبراير 2022 ببروكسيل، والتي جدد خلالها الجانبان عزمهما على تعزيز الروابط بين القارتين، انطلاقا من القيم المشتركة والمصالح المتبادلة والرؤية الموحدة، بهدف تحقيق نمو مستدام وازدهار مشترك.
