حمل هيئات نقابية ومهنية بقطاع الصحافة، الحكومة مسؤولية الفراغ في تدبير شؤون قطاع الصحافة والنشر، وتعتبر أن اللجنة
المؤقتة بموجب القانون المحدث لها أصبحت مع بداية شهر أكتوبر الجاري )2025( غير
قانونية وغير شرعية وتفتقد ألي صفة تحت أي طائل في إنجاز المهام المخولة لها بمقتضى
القانون المحدث لها )قانون رقم 15.23(؛
ودعت الهيئات الحكومة إلى تحمل مسؤوليتها القانونية واإلدارية في تصريف شؤون القطاع، وتؤكد
رفضها المطلق ألي مؤسسة خارج مؤسسات الدولة في تدبير شؤون القطاع، وتُحذر من أي
انزالق قد يتم السقوط فيه مجددا إرضاء للوبي االحتكار والريع والتحكم؛
وحثت المسؤولين من كافة مواقعهم إلى التدخل الفوري والعاجل من أجل اإلنهاء مع حالة
االستثناء والقطع مع كل مخططات التغول والتحكم، من خالل دخول الحكومة في حوار
قطاعي جاد ومنتج مع الممثلين الحقيقيين للمهنة والمهنيين، والدفع في اتجاه توافق وطني
واسع للخروج من المأزق
كما دعت الحكومة إلى الانخراط في مسار جماعي يفضي إلى الحل القائم على احترام منطوق
وروح وأفق الدستور، وااللتزام بقوانين البالد وبمنطق وهوية مؤسسة التنظيم الذاتي
للصحافة، واستثمار ذلك من أجل تعزيز مصداقية الصحافة، وتقوية مهنيتها وأخالقياتها، ونبذ
التشرذم بداخلها، وتمتين التعبئة لخدمة بالدنا بدل التيه في حسابات صغيرة مرفوضة، وأنانيات تأكد اليوم أنها ملغومة وتدفع القطاع نحو المجهول، سيما وأن موعد الجسم الصحافي مع تجديد البطاقات المهنية بات قريبا.
