فتحت المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة مكناس بحثا قضائيًا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، زوال يومه الاثنين 8 شتنبر الجاري، وذلك لتحديد الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لضابط شرطة ممتاز يعمل بنفس المدينة، والذي يشتبه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالابتزاز وطلب مبلغ مالي على سبيل الرشوة.
وحسب المعلومات الأولية للبحث، فقد تم توقيف الموظف المشتبه به في حالة تلبس بارتكاب أفعال الابتزاز في حق أحد أطراف قضية زجرية، وذلك بناءً على شكاية مسبقة تقدمت بها الضحية.
ولضرورة البحث القضائي، فقد تم الاحتفاظ بموظف الشرطة المعني بالأمر تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث الذي أمرت به النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات هذه القضية.
وفي الشق الإداري، أصدرت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني قرارا يقضي بالتوقيف المؤقت عن العمل في حق الموظف المعني بالأمر، وذلك في انتظار انتهاء المسطرة القضائية الجارية في حقه، من أجل ترتيب الجزاءات الإدارية التي ينص عليها النظام الأساسي لموظفي الأمن الوطني.
