أعلن البنك الأوربي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن تعيين هيثم عيسى مديرا جديدا لفرعه بالمغرب، خلفا لأنطوان سالي دي شو.
وأشار بلاغ للبنك الى أن هيثم عيسى سيباشر، من مقر الفرع في الدار البيضاء، استثمارات البنك وعملياته بالمغرب، وسيكون ملحقا بالمدير العام لمنطقة جنوب وشرق المتوسط، مارك ديفيس.
وأعرب هيثم عيسى عن تشرفه بتولي هذه المسؤولية الجديدة، مؤكدا التزامه وحرصه على مواصلة النجاح الذي حققه البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية في المغرب في السنوات القادمة مضيفا ” سنواصل الاستثمار في مختلف قطاعات الاقتصاد، وتطوير البنية التحتية وتمكين المقاولات الصغرى، مع الانخراط في حوارات بناءة مع السلطات قصد تحرير كامل مقدرات القطاع الخاص في البلاد”.
وانضم المسؤول الاقتصادي الذي يحمل الجنسيتين المصرية والبريطانية، إلى البنك عام 2012 وشغل منصب المدير الإقليمي للبنيات التحتية في منطقة جنوب وشرق المتوسط، وكذا منصب نائب مدير البنك في مصر. كما لعب دورا محوريا في تأسيس أنشطة البنك في مجال البنية التحتية في جنوب وشرق المتوسط، وقاد تنفيذ العديد من الصفقات البارزة في قطاعي النقل والمرافق البلدية بالإضافة إلى برنامج دعم البنيات التحتية في المغرب خلال جائحة كوفيد-19.
وشغل هيثم عيسى، الحاصل على شهادة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من كلية وارويك للأعمال وشهادة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال الدولية من جامعة نيو برونزويك کندا، مناصب مختلفة في مجال الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية قبل انضمامه إلى البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية، حيث قدم الاستشارات بشأن عمليات كبرى للدمج والاستحواذ ومعاملات الأسواق المالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا.
ويجدر الذكر أن المغرب عضو مؤسس في البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية، ومنذ بدء عملياته في عام 2012، استثمر البنك ما يزيد على 5.8 مليار يورو في البلاد من خلال 123 مشروعا.
