بمناسبة عيد الشباب السعيد لهذه السنة، أصدر صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، أمره السامي بالعفو على 591 شخصا، منهم المعتقلون ومنهم الموجودون في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة.
وفي ما يلي نص بلاغ وزارة العدل بهذا الخصوص:
“بمناسبة عيد الشباب السعيد لهذه السنة 1447 هجرية 2025 ميلادية، تفضل جلالة الملك أدام الله عزه ونصره، فأصدرحفظه الله أمره السامي المطاع بالعفو على مجموعة من الأشخاص منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة الشريفة وعددهم 591 شخصا وهم كالآتي:
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 445 نزيلا وذلك على النحو التالي:
– العفو مما تبقى من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة: 03 نزلاء
– التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 441 نزيلا
– تحويل السجن المؤبد إلى السجن المحدد لفائدة: 01 نزيل واحد
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 146 شخصا موزعين كالتالي:
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة: 39 شخصا
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية مع إبقاء الغرامة لفائدة: 08 أشخاص
– العفو من الغرامة لفائدة: 91 شخصا
– العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لفائدة: 08 أشخاص
