بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك لهذه السنة 1446 هجرية 2025 ميلادية، تفضل صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، فأصدر عفوه السامي على مجموعة من الأشخاص، منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة وعددهم 1526 شخصا.
وفي ما يلي نص البلاغ الذي أصدرته وزارة العدل بهذا الخصوص:
“بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك لهذه السنة 1446 هجرية 2025 ميلادية، تفضل جلالة الملك أدام الله عزه ونصره، فأصدر حفظه الله أمره السامي المطاع بالعفو على مجموعة من الأشخاص منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة الشريفة وعددهم 1511 شخصا وهم كالآتي :
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 1305 نزيلا وذلك على النحو التالي :
– العفو مما تبقى من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 72 نزيلا
– التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 1229 نزيلا
– تحويل السجن المؤبد إلى السجن المحدد لفائدة : 04 نزلاء
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 206 شخصا موزعين كالتالي :
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة : 71 شخصا
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية مع إبقاء الغرامة لفائدة : 06 أشخاص
– العفو من الغرامة لفائدة : 115 شخصا
– العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لفائدة : 12 شخصا
– العفو من الغرامة ومما تبقى من العقوبة الحبسية لفائدة : 02 شخصين اثنين
المجموع : 1511
وبهذه المناسبة السعيدة أبى جلالته دام له النصر والتمكين إلا أن يسبغ عفوه المولوي الكريم على مجموعة من المحكومين في قضايا التطرف والإرهاب، بعدما أعلنوا بشكل رسمي تشبثهم بثوابت الأمة ومقدساتها وبالمؤسسات الوطنية، وبعد مراجعة مواقفهم وتوجهاتهم الفكرية، ونبذهم للتطرف والإرهاب وعددهم 15 شخصا وذلك على النحو التالي :
– العفو من الغرامة ومما تبقى من العقوبة السالبة للحرية لفائدة : 05 نزلاء.
– التخفيض من العقوبة السالبة للحرية لفائدة : 10 نزلاء.
