صادق المجلس الجماعي لفاس، خلال دورة استثنائية عقدها أمس الخميس، على إحداث “شركة التنمية المحلية فاس للنقل والتنقل ش. م”.
كما صادق أعضاء المجلس، خلال أشغال هذه الدورة، على النظام الأساسي للشركة والمساهمة في رأسمالها، وكذا على تعيين رئيس المجلس، عبد السلام البقالي، كمنتدب لدى أجهزة الشركة.
وبموجب القانون الأساسي للشركة، فإن غرضها الاجتماعي ينحصر في تدبير أو استغلال مرفق النقل الحضري بواسطة الحافلات وكذا القيام بجميع الدراسات والأنشطة والعمليات التجارية المرتبطة بغرض الشركة وفق توجهات الدولة ومجالس الجماعات الترابية المعنية، باستثناء تدبير الملك الخاص للجماعات الترابية المساه مة.
كما يوكل للشركة حق تقديم جميع الخدمات المرتبطة بغرضها الاجتماعي للجماعات الترابية التابعة للجهة الراغبة في ذلك، طبقا للقوانين والأنظمة الجاري بها العمل.
وتضم الشركة 5 مساهمين هم والي جهة فاس – مكناس عامل عمالة فاس، وجماعة فاس، وجماعة المشور فاس الجديد، وجماعة أولاد الطيب، وجماعة سيدي حرازم، وجماعة عين البيضاء.
