أعلن الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بطنجة أنه على إثر اندلاع حريق وسط غابة هوارة التابعة لجماعة اكزناية بطنجة والذي أتى على مساحة شاسعة، وفور إشعارها بالواقعة، أعطت النيابة العامة تعليماتها للدرك الملكي لفتح بحث مستعجل حول الموضوع من أجل كشف ظروف وملابسات واقعة الحريق.
وأوضح بلاغ للوكيل العام للملك أن نتائج الأبحاث الأولية التي أمرت بها النيابة العامة، أسفرت عن “ضبط شخص بالقرب من عين المكان يحمل محفظة خلصت عملية تفتيشه إلى العثور بحوزته على عشر ولاعات وأيضا غليون لاستهلاك مخدر الكيف وسكين صغير، مما تقرر معه وضعه رهن تدبير الحراسة النظرية لضرورة البحث ولكشف خيوط وملابسات الواقعة”.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أنه تم أمس الأربعاء تقديم المعني بالأمر أمام النيابة العامة، وبعد استنطاقه، تقرر تقديم ملتمس بإجراء تحقيق في حقه للاشتباه في ارتكابه جرائم إيقاد النار عمدا في غابات واستهلاك المخدرات وحيازة السلاح بدون سبب مشروع، وعلى إثره قرر قاضي التحقيق إيداعه بالسجن المحلي طنجة 2.
وخلص البلاغ إلى أن النيابة العامة ستواصل إطلاع الرأي العام على نتائج إجراءات البحث والتحقيق حال الانتهاء منها في إطار تنوير الرأي العام والتطبيق السليم للقانون.
