صادق مجلس المستشارين في جلسة تشريعية عقدها اليوم الثلاثاء، بالأغلبية، على مشروع قانون رقم 46.21 المتعلق بمهنة المفوضين القضائيين.
وحظي مشروع القانون بتأييد 32 مستشارا برلمانيا فيما امتنع مستشار واحد عن التصويت. وفي كلمة تقديمية لمشروع القانون، أكد وزير العدل، عبد اللطيف وهبي، أنه يروم تأهيل المهنة وتعزيز دورها داخل منظومة العدالة من خلال توسيع مجال اختصاصها النوعي والمكاني، والارتقاء بالمهنة من خلال مراجعة بعض شروط الولوج إليها.
وسجل الوزير أن هذا النص التشريعي يهدف أيضا إلى تعزيز المهنة بكفاءات نوعية من خلال فتح المجال لولوج الكتاب المحلفين إليها، وتعزيز الضمانات الممنوحة للمتعاملين مع المنتسبين للمهنة فيما يتعلق بحماية حقوقهم.
وأضاف أن مشروع القانون ينص على توفير الحماية القانونية للمنتسبين للمهنة عبر إقرار مقتضيات قانونية جديدة، وتقوية الأجهزة المشرفة على المهنة، وتحقيق التمثيلية النسائية داخل أجهزة الهيئة الوطنية بما يتناسب وعددهن داخل هذه الأجهزة.
