وقع مكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل، والجامعة الوطنية للبناء والأشغال العمومية، أول أمس الثلاثاء بالمعهد المتخصص في مهن البناء والأشغال العمومية بفاس، اتفاقا استراتيجيا لمواكبة مهنيي قطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية في مواجهة التحديات المتعلقة باليد العاملة المؤهلة.
وتميز هذا التعاون المتجدد بتوقيع اتفاقية إطار، والإطلاق الفعلي لتكوين تأهيلي لفائدة الحرفيين المتخصصين في تركيب الزليج والرخام، وهي مبادرة تم تنفيذها بشراكة مع الجمعية المهنية “الإخوة”.
ويتمثل الهدف، حسب الموقعين، في إرساء عرض للتكوين المهني يتلاءم مع الحاجيات الفعلية للمقاولات المحلية.
ومن خلال الرهان على التدبير المشترك وتنوع المسارات والتناوب، والدعم المعزز للإدماج، يهدف الشريكان إلى وضع رهن إشارة قطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية الجهوي، الكفاءات الضرورية من أجل مواكبة نموه، والمساهمة بفعالية في الطموحات التنموية للمغرب.
