أعلن الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، اليوم الاثنين، أن الاستفادة من معاش الشيخوخة ستدخل حيز التنفيذ بأثر رجعي ابتداء من فاتح ماي 2025.
وذكر بلاغ للصندوق أنه، “انطلاقا من فاتح ماي 2025، وعملا بمقتضيات المرسوم 2.25.265، سيستفيد بأثر رجعي من تاريخ الإحالة على التقاعد الأشخاص الذين أحيلوا على التقاعد خلال الفترة الممتدة من فاتح يناير 2023 إلى تاريخ دخول القانون 02.24 حيز التنفيذ، المتوفرون على الأقل على 1320 يوما من التأمين وأقل من 3240 يوما من التأمين من راتب الشيخوخة”.
وتابع المصدر ذاته، أنه “سيتم تحديد الحد الأدنى لراتب الشيخوخة وفق عدد أيام التأمين التي راكمها كل مؤمن له، وسيتراوح ما بين 600 و1000 درهم شهريا، ويشمل أيضا الاستفادة من التأمين الإجباري عن المرض”.
وأضاف، أنه “في حالة وفاة المؤمن له الذي راكم على الأقل 1320 يوما من التأمين، يمكن لذوي حقوقه طلب الاستفادة من معاش المتوفى عنهم”.
وفي حالة عدم توفر المؤمن له على الحد الأدنى من عدد أيام التأمين للاستفادة من معاش الشيخوخة (أي 1320 يوما من الاشتراك)، يمكن له أو لذوي حقوقه في حالة وفاته طلب استرجاع اشتراكاته واشتراكات مشغله وفق المقتضيات القانونية الجاري بها العمل.
وأوضح البلاغ أنه تبعا لما سبق، يمكن للأشخاص المعنيين تقديم طلباتهم عبر بوابة ”تعويضاتي” أو إيداعها لدى أقرب وكالة للضمان الاجتماعي ابتداء من فاتح ماي 2025.
من جهة أخرى، وتطبيقا لمقتضيات المرسوم 2.25.266، وحتى يتمكن البحارة الصيادون بالمحاصة وذويهم من الاستفادة من التغطية الاجتماعية والصحية طيلة السنة، ذكر البلاغ، أنه “سيتم تحديد معايير وكيفيات احتساب أيام اشتراكهم برسم نظام الضمان الاجتماعي، وكذا كيفيات إعادة توزيع المداخيل الإجمالية لبواخر الصيد بالمحاصة بقرار لوزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية”.
وكان مجلس الحكومة صادق، الخميس الماضي، على المرسوم 2.25.265 المتعلق بمعاش الشيخوخة واسترجاع الاشتراكات والمرسوم 2.25.266 المتعلق بإعادة توزيع مداخيل البحارة الصيادين بالمحاصة.
