ينعقد، يوم الخميس المقبل، مجلس للحكومة برئاسة عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة.
وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة بأن المجلس سيتدارس في بدايته مشروع قانون يتعلق بالتعليم المدرسي، يليه مشروع مرسوم بقانون يتعلق بتغيير القانون الصادر في شأن إحداث الوكالة الوطنية للمياه والغابات.
وأوضح المصدر ذاته أن المجلس سيتدارس، إثر ذلك، مشروعي مرسومين يتعلق الأول منهما برواتب الزمانة أو الشيخوخة التي يصرفها الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، والثاني بتطبيق بعض أحكام الظهير الشريف بمثابة قانون المتعلق بنظام الضمان الاجتماعي.
وأضاف أن المجلس سينتقل، إثر ذلك، إلى دراسة اتفاق بين المملكة المغربية وجمهورية مالاوي بشأن المساعدة القضائية المتبادلة في الميدان الجنائي الموقع بالعيون في 16 يوليوز 2024، مع مشروع قانون يوافق بموجبه على الاتفاق المذكور.
وسيختتم المجلس أشغاله بدراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
وستعقد الحكومة، حسب البلاغ، بعد انتهاء أشغال المجلس الحكومي، اجتماعا خاصا لدراسة بعض مقترحات القوانين.
