تمكنت عناصر الفرقة الجهوية للشرطة القضائية بفاس بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، الاثنين، الماضي من توقيف سبعة أشخاص تتراوح أعمارهم بين 26 و47 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطهم في قضية تتعلق بالنصب والاحتيال والتزوير واستعماله والمس بنظم المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات الرقمية.
وذكر مصدر أمني أن المشتبه فيهم كانوا قد عرضوا مجموعة من الضحايا للنصب والاحتيال بدعوى التدخل لفائدتهم من أجل الحصول على مواعيد خاصة بطلبات تأشيرات السفر خارج المغرب، حيث أسفرت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة عن تحديد هوية المشتبه فيهم وتوقيفهم.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أنه عملية الضبط والتفتيش المنجزة في إطار هذه القضية مكنت من حجز مجموعة من النسخ لوثائق تعريفية ومستندات تستعمل في إعداد ملف طلب تأشيرة “شينغن”، علاوة مبالغ مالية وإيصالات لإيداعات بنكية وتحويلات نقدية يشتبه في كونها من متحصلات هذا النشاط الإجرامي.
كما قادت عمليات التفتيش، أيضا، إلى حجز مجموعة من الحواسيب واللوحات الالكترونية والهواتف المحمولة، والتي يشتبه في كونها تحتوي على آثار رقمية لعمليات النصب والاحتيال.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيهم تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات هذه القضية.
