أفاد المكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية بأن عدد المقاولات التي تم إحداثها بالمغرب بلغ 68.263 مقاولة خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من سنة 2024.
وأوضح المكتب، في لوحة القيادة العامة لبارومتر إحداث المقاولات الصادر عنه، أن هذه المقاولات تتوزع بين الأشخاص الاعتباريين (49.164) والأشخاص الذاتيين (19.099).
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن التوزيع القطاعي للمقاولات المحدثة كشف عن هيمنة القطاع التجاري بحصة 34,64 في المائة، يليه البناء والأشغال العمومية وأنشطة العقار (19,23 في المائة)، والخدمات المتنوعة (18,65 في المائة)، والنقل (8,03 في المائة)، والصناعات (7,29 في المائة)، والفنادق والمطاعم (5,69 في المائة)، وقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (2,79 في المائة)، والأنشطة المالية (2,05 في المائة)، والفلاحة والصيد البحري (1,63 في المائة).
وحسب الجهات، كشف البارومتر عن هيمنة جهة الدار البيضاء – سطات بما مجموعه 21.263 مقاولة محدثة عند نهاية شتنبر الماضي، متقدمة على جهة طنجة – تطوان – الحسيمة (9.761)، والرباط – سلا – القنيطرة (7.912)، ومراكش ـ آسفي (7.843)، وفاس ـ مكناس (4.652)، وسوس ـ ماسة (4.616)، والجهة الشرقية (3.996)، والعيون – الساقية الحمراء (2.669)، وبني ملال خنيفرة (2.008)، ودرعة تافيلالت (1.535)، والداخلة – واد الذهب (1.091)، ثم كلميم واد نون (557).
وحسب الشكل القانوني، تصدرت الشركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة بشريك وحيد، بحصة تبلغ 65 في المائة، تليها الشركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة بحصة نسبتها 34,4 في المائة.
