أكد المندوب السامي للتخطيط، أحمد الحليمي علمي، اليوم الأربعاء بالرباط، أن تكوين المشاركين في الإحصاء العام للسكان والسكنى 2024 يعد عاملا حاسما في نجاحه.
وأوضح الحليمي، خلال ندوة نظمتها المندوبية السامية للتخطيط، أنه تم اعتماد نموذج معلوماتي لانتقاء المرشحين المشاركين في هذه العملية الوطنية الكبرى، بما في ذلك الباحثون المكلفون بالإحصاء ميدانيا، والمراقبون، والمشرفون.
وأفاد بأنه من بين 500 ألف ترشيح، تم انتقاء حوالي 200 ألف مرشح تلقائيا وفق معايير قانونية، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الاحتياجات المحلية لكل جماعة بعين الاعتبار.
وذكر بأن هؤلاء المرشحين استفادوا من تكوين عن بعد لمدة ثلاثة أشهر، تم تطويره بشراكة مع جامعة محمد السادس متعددة التخصصات التقنية، وأن حوالي 100 ألف منهم أتموا بنجاح وحدات التكوين.
وأشار الحليمي إلى أن المرحلة الحالية تتمحور حول مقابلات فردية يجريها المديرون الجهويون والمشرفون الإقليميون للمندوبية السامية للتخطيط بغرض اختيار 55 ألف مرشح سيستفيدون بعدها من تكوين حضوري لمدة أسبوعين في يوليوز وغشت 2024، تليه زيارة ميدانية يومين قبل الإطلاق الرسمي للإحصاء.
ولأجل التعرف على المشاركين الذين تم تعيينهم من قبل المندوبية السامية للتخطيط لجمع البيانات من الأسر خلال عملية الإحصاء، أورد المندوب السامي للتخطيط أنه سيتم تجهيز الباحثين بشارات رسمية تحمل صورهم وأرقام بطائقهم الوطنية، إضافة إلى قبعات تحمل شعار الإحصاء العام للسكان والسكنى 2024.
من جهة أخرى، لفت الحليمي إلى أن هؤلاء المشاركين سيتلقون أجهزة لوحية تحتوي على تطبيق تم إنشاؤه من قبل مبرمجي ومتخصصي نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في المندوبية السامية للتخطيط، مبرزا أن هذا التطبيق يتضمن المسارات التي يتعين أن يتبعها الباحثون المكلفون بالإحصاء ميدانيا والنماذج الإلكترونية لجمع البيانات من لدن الأسر.
وأضاف أن هذا النظام يتضمن كذلك قواعد تحقق وتثبت لضمان تناسق البيانات وصحتها، مما يسهل استغلالها قبل إرسالها بشكل آمن إلى مركز معالجة البيانات.
