تنظم الجامعة الوطنية لموظفي الجماعات الترابية والتدبير المفوض، والمنظمة الديمقراطية للجماعات الترابية، بدء من اليوم الثلاثاء، إضرابات وطنية، فيما تستعد ست نقابات لتنظيم مسيرة وطنية يوم الأربعاء 7 فبراير 2024 بمدينة الرباط.
وتخوض الجامعة الوطنية لموظفي الجماعات الترابية والتدبير المفوض، التابعة للاتحاد المغربي للشغل، إضرابا وطنيا أيام 16 و17 و18 يناير الجاري.
ودعت نقابات الجماعات الترابية وزارة الداخلية للعودة إلى طاولة المفاوضات، والاستجابة للمطالب العادلة والمشروعة لموظفي وموظفات الجماعات الترابية من أجل وضع مهني أفضل، وتحسين أوضاعهم المادية والمعنوية ورفع كل أشكال “الحيف واللامساواة والتمييز السلبي”، كما تطالب بضرورة التعجيل بإخراج نظام أساسي منصف ومحفز وعادل يحقق المماثلة والإنصاف ويثمن الوظيفة العمومية الترابية، وإصلاح وإقرار نظام للتعويضات تتحقق من خلاله العدالة الأجرية والمماثلة.
