أفاد المكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية أنه تم إحداث ما مجموعه 6480 مقاولة جديدة إلى غاية متم شهر يوليوز من سنة 2023 في جهة الرباط سلا القنيطرة.
وأوضحت لوحة القيادة العامة الصادرة عن المكتب، أن هذه المقاولات تتوزع بين الأشخاص الاعتباريين (4.783) والأشخاص الذاتيين (1.697).
وهكذا، تأتي الرباط على رأس المدن الثلاث بـ2.260 مقاولة جديدة، تليها القنيطرة (1.462)، وتمارة (1.114).
وهيمن القطاع التجاري بحصة قدرها 30,83 في المائة، متبوعا بقطاع الخدمات المتنوعة (21.47 بالمئة)، وقطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية والأنشطة العقارية (18,95 في المائة)، والنقل (9.50 في المائة) والفنادق والمطاعم (7.04 في المائة)، والصناعات (5.05 في المائة) وقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (3.49 في المائة)، والفلاحة والصيد (2.69 في المائة) والأنشطة المالية (0.96 في المائة).
وبحسب الشكل القانوني، فإن 66.2 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة هي شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة مع شريك وحيد، تليها شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة 33.5 في المائة، وشركات مجهولة الاسم، بحصة 0.3 في المائة.
وعلى الصعيد الوطني، بلغ عدد المقاولات التي تم احداثها 55.675 مقاولة خلال الأشهر السبعة الأولى من العام الجاري، موزعة بين أشخاص اعتباريين (38.172) وأشخاص ذاتيين (17.503).
وتحتضن جهة الدارالبيضاء-سطات ما مجموعه 16.080 مقاولة، متبوعة بجهة طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة (8.098 مقاولة)، ثم جهة الرباط-سلا-القنيطرة (6480 مقاولة).
